Air Frying Directions: 1. Rinse fish well in ice cold water. 2. Firmly press fish into the Seasoned Coating Mix until completely coated. 3. Shake off excess coating and place fish in air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray. 4. Air fry fish at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.* Flip fish halfway through cooking time and lightly spray with cooking spray. Fish should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Enjoy! *Note: Cooking times are based on a 1500 Watt Air Fryer. Please consult your manual for precise cooking times for your specific make and model. Coats up to 6 lbs. of fish. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place a baking rack on top of a metal baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Moisten fish in ice cold water. Firmly press fish into mix and shake off excess. Bake fish in pan with raised rack for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Flip halfway through cook time. Enjoy!
