Directions

Keep refrigerated. For maximum freshness refer, to date on package. Once opened, use immediately. Cook in microwave this side up. Steam value for microwaving: caution hot! Microwave: Tear or cut open bag above zip lock. Drizzle preferred seasonings directly over sprouts. Tightly close zip lock. Place bag this side up in microwave. Cook on high 4-5 minutes* depending on microwave strength. Let stand for 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove from microwave. Caution: contents will be hot. Optional seasoning ideas: Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cracked red pepper or just simple salt & pepper. *Cooking times may vary due to varying temperatures of microwave or stove top. Saute: In pan on medium heat, warm up 3 tbsp of olive oil. Turn heat to high and add all sprouts from bag. Cook sprouts until tender (approx. 4-5 min). Immediately season to your preference and serve.
