What you need: 4 cups water. 3/ lb. eye of round, sirloin, London broil or tri-tip steak, sliced thin sliced onion, cilantro, bean sprouts, chili peppers, lime wedges flat rice noodles, cooked. Helpful hint: for easier slicing, freeze fresh raw meat for approx. 20 minutes. Use sharp knife. Preparations: 1. In medium pan, mix Beef Pho Soup seasoning in 4 cups water. Bring to boil stirring frequently. 2. Add meat slices. Boil on medium heat for 1 minute then turn to low for 5 minutes. 3. Serve over noodles and garnish with cilantro, bean sprouts, chili peppers or lime wedges. Makes 4 servings.
