Use and Care: Wash before first use. Can be used with fry pans and griddles. Press will be hot during use, use oven mitts to protect your hands. Do not place hot press in cool water as it will wrap. Allow to cool prior to cleaning. Hand wash only with non-abrasive cleaner and soft cloth. Be sure to allow press to dry completely before storing. Do not soak cookware in water. Induction. Gas. Ceramic. Electric. Grill. This cookware is pre-seasoned. If you need to season again: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees C). 2. Wipe a thin layer of vegetable oil all over cookware using a paper towel. Be sure to remove wooden handle before placing in the oven. 3. Place cookware in hot oven for one hour. 4. Turn off oven and allow to cool in place. 5. Once cool, remove from oven. Wipe with paper towel to remove any excess oil. The press is ready to be used or stored between uses.
