Cooking Instructions: 1. Use 1/2 cup couscous for each person to be served. Measure desired amount of couscous into a bowl, and add an equal amount of lightly salted boiling water (you may substitute boiling chicken on vegetable stock). 2. Cover and let the couscous sit for 7-8 minutes without mixing, then fluff with a fork. 3. Add a small amount of butter or Roland Olive Oil into the couscous and mix well. Blend in fresh lemon juice for added flavor. Store in a cool & dry place.
