Cooking Instructions: Rinse 1 cup of farro and add to a pot along with 4 cups of salted water. Bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes or 5 minutes longer for a softer consistency. Drain and enjoy. Try it! as a side dish or as the base of a grain bowl! Store in a cool and dry place.
