Basic Cooking Instructions: Serves 4. Cooking time: 20 minutes. Ingredients: 1 cup Roland of Arborio Rice 2 ½ cups of water or broth. Directions: Boil salted water or broth and add Roland Arborio Rice. Cook rice until al dente, making sure not to let the rice get too soft, this should take 16-20 minutes. Remove rice from the heat. Dress the rice with Roland Extra Virgin Olive Oil, butter and parmesan cheese, or tomato sauce. Store in a cool and dry place.
