Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix: Mix (Recipe Size); 3 tbsp (1 Pint); 1/3 cup (1 Quart); 1 1/4 cups (1 Gallon). Milk (Recipe Size); 1 cup (1 Pint); 2 cups (1 Quart); 2 quarts (1 Gallon). Mayonnaise (Recipe Size); 1 cup (1 Pint); 2 cups (1 Quart); 2 quarts (1 Gallon). Mix well with a wire whip or electric mixer. Let dressing stand for 10 minutes. For dip, add 3 tbsp of dressing mix to 1 pint of sour cream.
