For Individual Serving (1 Serving): 1. Stir tonkotsu ramen soup mix well. 2. Scoop out 1 oz soup mix into serving bowl. 3. Add 1 cup (8 fl oz) hot water; mix well. For Entire Package (33 Servings): 1. Bring 8-1/2 quarts (264 fl oz) water in covered large stockpot to a boil. 2. Turn off heat. Gradually stir in entire package of Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Mix until blended. 3. Cover and hold at 160 degrees F, ready to serve.
