Directions

Batter Mix: Entire bag 2.27 kg; Ice Water: 3.32 l; Batter Mix: Half bag 1.13 kg; Ice Water: 1.67 l; Batter Mix: 1 cup; Ice Water: 1 cup. Combine Kikkoman tempura batter mix with ice water (see chart). Stir until smooth (do not over mix); set aside. Pat food items dry and dust with dry Kikkoman tempura batter mix. Dip food into prepared tempura batter, coating completely. Drop gently into hot oil 190 degrees C (375 degrees F). Fry until golden-brown. Drain excess oil thoroughly. Store in a cool dry place. Keep product in an air-tight container or seal bag after each use.
