Directions: 1. Wash and drain one quart of fresh strawberries, removing leafy tops and stems. 2. Place berries in a prebaked 9 inches pie shell. 3. Cut a corner of the pouch. Gently squeeze contents and spread to cover the berries. 4. Refrigerate pie for 1 hour or more before serving. Suggestions: Strawberry Shortcake: Use glazed strawberries as topping for shortcake. Makes 6 to 8 individual servings. Banana Strawberry Pie: Substitute 3 cups of sliced bananas for the strawberries. Use either prebaked regular or graham cracker crust. Strawberry Cheesecake: Use glazed strawberries on top of your favorite cheesecake.
