Directions

Prep: Line a standard cupcake/muffin pan with liners or lightly grease each cup. Makes up to 8 cupcakes. For cake: lightly grease the bottom and sides of a 9 round cake pan. Cut: pouch open at top corner. Pour: batter into each cup, filling 2/3 full. For cake: pour the entire pouch into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake: according to chart below, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Yield: 1-8 standard cupcakes; oven temperature: 375 degrees f; time: 18-23 minutes. Yield: one 9-inch round cake pan; oven temperature: 350 degrees F; time: 28-32 minutes. High altitude (over 5,000 feet): for cupcakes, bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes. For cake: bake at 300 degrees F for 25 minutes. Do not eat raw batter. Use batter within 7 days of opening. Store leftover batter in refrigerator in airtight container. Important must be kept refrigerated to maintain safety. Product can be frozen for up to 4 months, if frozen by use by date. If frozen, thaw completely in refrigerator before use. Do not microwave.
