Gluten Free Taco Seasoning: Recipes (read labels to ensure recipe ingredients are gluten free). Pioneer brand tacos. 1 pkg. pioneer gluten free taco seasoning. 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned. 3/4 water. 8-10 taco shells, warmed. 1 large tomato, diced. 1/4 head lettuce. 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated. Drain browned beef or turkey stir in pioneer GF taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon 2 tbl, lettuce and cheese. Makes: 10-12 tacos. Tortilla Soup: 1 pkg. pioneer gluten free taco seasoning. 3 cups chicken broth. 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup cilantro chopped. 1-1/2 cups corn tortilla chips, unsalted. Simmer pioneer GF taco seasoning, chicken broth, and tomatoes, for 10 minutes. Add cilantro and tortilla chips before serving. Makes: 6 serving.
