For Great Tasting Tacos you will need: 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet Ortega Taco Seasoning Mix. 3/4 cup water. Shredded lettuce & diced tomatoes. Shredded cheese: Ortega taco sauce, any variety, Ortega fire roasted diced green chiles, 12 Ortega taco shells. 1. Brown 1 pound ground beef*; drain. Add 3/4 cup water and seasoning mix. Heat until thickened, stirring often. 2. Fill 12 warmed Ortega taco shells with meat mixture and your favorite toppings. * or 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut up, cooked until no longer pink.
