Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and best product quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Stovetop: Pour desired amount of frozen cauliflower into a nonstick pan over medium heat and saute until thoroughly heated and water has cooked off. Cook times may vary depending on the amount of cauliflower being prepared, about 5 minutes for the 12 oz bag. Microwave: Open outer bag. Place internal bag(s) in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Timing does not change for more than one bag, but if cooking more than one bag, make sure that they are not overlapping. Do not pierce the bag. Do not microwave outer packaging.
