Instructions for EZ dispensing: In The Bag Waste Bag Dispenser™ comes with one 12-bag roll inside. Simply unzip the cloth bag, remove the roll and start the EZ dispensing action by feeding the first bag through the opening on the bottom of the bag. Reinsert the roll into the cloth bag and zip the bag to close. Attach the dispenser to your leash and you're ready to go - it's in the bag!
