Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir rice and beans. Cook on high for 1-2 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.

Amy's chefs have added a special touch to these enchiladas, blending organic spinach with Jack cheese and queso fresco (soft white cheese). The organic tomatillos, grown especially for Amy's, are cooked and blended with traditional spices to create this delicious sauce bursting with flavor.
