Shake well. This container is not microwave safe. Add a little gourmet flair to any of your soup, sauce or stew recipes with Imagine™ organic vegetable broth. Or, try this exotic serving suggestion: create a Japanese-style broth! Add one 50g (1.8 oz) package of Kombu (kelp), chopped, and 8 cups of Imagine™ organic vegetable broth to a tall stockpot, cover and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer, partially covered, for 30 minutes or until liquid has reduced to 4 cups. Strain through a fine mesh colander and discard solids. Return liquid to stockpot; add sliced carrots, slivers of shiitake mushrooms and sticks of daikon radishes. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes and serve as a light side dish with your meal. Use Imagine™ vegetable broth instead of water to create flavorful grains, side dishes or soups. Garnish with parsley, chives, green onion or dill. Directions: shake well. After opening, refrigerate and use within 7 days. Stovetop - heat on medium in a saucepan, stirring frequently. Microwave - heat on high for 1 minute in microwave-safe bowl. Stir and repeat.
