Cooking Directions: Remove all packaging and place corned beef brisket into a 4-quart pot. Add spice pouch and enough cold water to cover. Bring water to boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 2.5-3 hours until tender and internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (cooking time will vary depending upon the size of the brisket). If desired, add peeled and quartered potatoes, carrots, whole onions, and a medium cabbage cut into wedges during the final hour of cooking. Remove from pan and slice across the grain. Enjoy. Keep refrigerated.
