Directions

Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 320F. Remove prime rib roast from packaging and place on a wire rack set into a half size sheet tray. Place in oven and cook at 15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 125F. Rotate product halfway through cooking time to ensure even doneness. Remove from oven and let rest 10-15 minutes before slicing. Keep refrigerated.
