Microwave Oven (Two Servings) (1) Place 16 potato pieces into a microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water; cover. (2) Cook on high for 3 minutes. (3) Mash and stir potatoes and replace cover. (4) Cook on high for 3 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving. Keep frozen.
