Directions for Use: Shake well before opening. Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Do not freeze. Once opened, reclose, refrigerate and use within 24 hours. Tube Feeding: For optimal results, administer at room temperature. Shake well. Pour directly into tube feeding container.
