Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Preparation Instructions: For Food Safety and Quality Purposes, this product must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F prior to eating. Keep frozen until ready to use. For best results thaw sausage before preparation. Due to variances in cooking equipment, time and/or temperature may need adjustment. Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. 2. Place thawed sausages in skillet. 3. Cook sausage for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently for even browning, or until patties have reached 160 degrees F. Note: If patties are frozen, add 2-3 minutes per side over medium heat. Keep frozen.
