Use or freeze by. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces including: cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. (1) Add meat to your favorite cooker. (2) Pressure cook - add 1 cup of water. High pressure 40 min (add 35 minutes if frozen). Slow cook - add 1 inch of water. High 3 hrs 15 min. Oven – Pre-heat to 350 degrees F. Add 1 inch of water to pan. Cook covered for 2-1/2 hours. (3) When product reaches 200-210 degrees F on a meat thermometer, remove from heat, shred with 2 forks and add 1/4 cup of the juice from cooker - enjoy! Appliances may vary, cooking times approximate. Keep refrigerated.
