Cooking Directions: Cook on grill or skillet set to medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil if using skillet, then cook meat, turning often, for approximately 12-15 minutes until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reads a minimum of 145 degrees F in the center. Remove from heat, rest 3 minutes, serve. Previously frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
