Add meat your favorite cooker with 1 inch of water. Pressure cooker - high pressure 40 min (add 35 minutes if frozen). 2. Slow cooker - high 3 1/2 hours. Oven - pre-heat to 350 degrees F. Cook covered for 2 1/2 hours. 3. Remove from heat, shred with 2 forks and add 1/4 cup of the juice from cooker - enyoy! Keep refrigerated.
