Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and place a baking rack on a sheet pan lined with foil. Add pork belly strips. Cook 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 200-210 degrees F. Remove from oven, allow belly strips to rest for 3 minutes. Appliances may vary, cooking times approximate. Keep refrigerated.
