Microwave: Open plastic packaging slightly to vent. With egg bite in packaging, microwave on high for 30-45 seconds, until heated through. Our plastic is BPA free. Toaster Oven: Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees F. Remove egg bite from plastic and place in toaster oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until fully heated. Skillet: Grease the skillet. Remove egg bite from plastic. Place on skillet at medium to high heat until golden brown on both sides. Fully cooked. Ready in 60s or less. Our Egg Bites are fully cooked. Can be enjoyed at room temperature. Keep refrigerated below 38 degrees F.
