Bake: Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove frozen chicken from package. Cover baking sheet with a light amount of cooking spray. Place frozen chicken in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Make sure chicken pieces are not touching. Place baking sheet on the center rack of oven. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip chicken over and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Allow chicken to stand for 1–2 minutes. Microwave: Microwave Oven (1100 Watts) Remove frozen chicken bites from the package and put them on a microwave-safe plate. Leave space between the chicken pieces so that they cook evenly. Cook on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Allow chicken to stand for 1–2 minutes. Keep frozen.
