To replace batteries please replace / insert batteries under adult supervision: 1. Unscrew the battery cover at bottom. 2. Carefully insert 2 button cell batteries. Please ensure (+) & (-) terminal of batteries are positioned correctly. (diagram b). 3. Replace battery cover and tighten screw. 4. Do not mix old and new batteries. 5. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. 6. Rechargeable batteries are not permitted. 7. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. 8. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. 9. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product. 10. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. 11. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
