For Base Ice Cakes: 1. Cut on base iced dotted line at the bottom of the back of the bag. 2. Insert cut end down inside of decorating bag with speed icer tip. 3. To use, squeeze from the wide end and guide tip with other hand. 1 bag = 1/4 sheet or 8 inch double layer. For Decorating Cupcakes: 1. Cut on dotted line at the bottom of the front of the bag. 2. Insert cut end down inside of decorating bag no. 825 or coupler tip. 3. To use, squeeze from the wide end and guide tip with other hand. 1 bag = 24 cupcakes. To base ice cut here and drop in pastry bag. Storage: Arrives frozen. Store at 0 degrees F or below. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Do not refreeze product. Shelf Life: Thawed unopened product in refrigerator: 21 days. Applied to product (refrigerated): 7 days. Applied to product (non-refrigerated: less than 80 degrees F): 5 days.
