Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as Directed by a Doctor. Your baby's health depends on carefully following the preparation, use, and storage instructions below. Ask your baby's doctor about infant formula feeding, including how much to feed and the need to sterilize (boil) preparation utensils before preparing formula. Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Step 1: Clean carton top; Shake well, twist cap and open. Step 2: Pour formula into bottle and feed baby immediately or refrigerate and use bottle within 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Mixing Guide: To Make Approx: 2 fl oz bottle; Ready to Feed Formula: Do not add water - 2 fl oz. To Make Approx: 4 fl oz bottle; Ready to Feed Formula: Do not add water - 4 fl oz. To Make Approx: 6 fl oz bottle; Ready to Feed Formula: Do not add water - 6 fl oz. To Make Approx: 8 fl oz bottle; Ready to Feed Formula: Do not add water - 8 fl oz. Warning: Do not use microwave to warm formula. Serious burns may result. Note: Once formula carton has been opened, reclose formula carton and store in the refrigerator 35-40 degrees F (2-4 degrees C) and consume within 24 hours.
