Keep Frozen. Convenient microwave tray inside! Cook thoroughly before eating. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave Instructions: 1) Remove tray from box and peel back film slightly. 2) Microwave on high for 4 1/2 minutes*; stir halfway through cooking. 3) Remove film completely. Contents are hot. Stir and serve. (Cook time based on 1200 watt microwave; cook time may need to be adjusted for your microwave.) Stovetop Instructions: 1) Place contents of tray in saucepan. Add 1/4 cup water. Bring to a full boil over high heat. 2) Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook 9 minutes*, stirring occasionally. 3) Uncover and cook an additional 1-2 minutes*. Stir and serve. *For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F.
