Directions

This sausage is smoked and fully cooked. To serve, pan-fry or grill for 8-10 minutes on medium-high heat, or bake in the oven at 375 degrees until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached. Keep refrigerated. Storage Instructions: Consume within 3 days after opening or freeze for up to 4 months from date on package.
