Directions

Start with fresh cold water filtered or bottled if available. If whole bean, grind beans just before brewing (fine for espresso and cone filters, medium for drip machines, and coarse for French presses). Use one to two tablespoons of ground coffee per six ounces of water and adjust to taste. Store unused coffee in an airtight container away from heat and moisture.
