Instructions: 1. Do not exceed 3500 RPM operating speed. 2. Fully insert into chuck of standard electric drill and tighten securely. 3. Test in small area to determine best speed and pressure for job. 4. Start tool off the workpiece then immediately ease remover onto the work surface. 5. To change remover, wait until drill has completely stopped. Unplug tool. For use on wood, metal and fiberglass. Sand wood, plastic, fiberglass and painted surfaces. Remove paint, rust or scale from metal.
