Directions: Object: players move their bodies into challenging positions without losing their balance. If a player falls down they are out of the game. To begin the game: players face each other from opposite ends of the mat. One person has control of the spinner and calls out different spaces indicated on the game mat. Playing the game: each player must position their hands and feet accordingly on the mat but cannot occupy the same spaces. Players may touch the mat with their knees, elbows, etc. As needed in order to maintain their balance. Winning the game: the last person standing after all of the other players have fallen wins!
