Microwave: 1. Remove chicken from package and place in microwave-safe dish, keeping product intact as much as possible. Add 1 tablespoon of water to the microwave dish and lightly cover. 2. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, stir product to break apart, and continue to heat, covered, for an additional 2-3 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached. 3. Let product stand for 1-2 minutes. Caution: Product will be hot! Carefully remove dish from microwave. Mix thoroughly, serve, and enjoy! Ovens and microwaves will vary. Heating times given are approximate. Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove product from all packaging and place in oven-safe baking dish, keeping product intact as much as possible. Add 1/4 cup of water to the dish and cover tightly with foil. Place covered product on middle rack in oven. 2. Heat for 40-50 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached. 3. Remove dish from oven and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
