Makes 4 servings. Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix. 1 tbsp. oil. 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips. 2 tbsp. water. Directions: 1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink. 2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until desired doneness. Serve immediately. Serving Suggestions: Carne Asada Tacos: Serve cooked steak in warmed tortillas with Cotija cheese, chopped tomatoes, thinly sliced radish, diced sweet onions, cilantro and avocado.
