Applewood Smoked BbqChicken: Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 3 boneless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lbs.); 2 tbsp. oil. Directions: 1. Place seasoning mix in shallow dish. Brush chicken with oil. Coat chicken on both sides with Seasoning Mix. Preheat air fryer on 350 degrees F for 3 minutes. 2. Arrange chicken in single layer in air fryer basket. 3. Air fry 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temp. of 165 degrees F). Oven Directions: Season chicken as directed. Place on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 425 degrees F oven 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Applewood Smoked Bbq Potatoes: 1. Place 1 1/2 lbs. Baby potatoes, quartered in large bowl. Add 3 tbsp. oil and seasoning mix; toss to coat. 2. Spray air fryer basket with no stick cooking spray. Preheat air fryer on 350 degrees F for 3 minutes. Place potatoes in air fryer basket. 3. Air fry 20 minutes or until tender, tossing gently with tongs halfway through cooking. Oven Directions: Season potatoes as directed. Arrange in single layer on large foil-lined pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
