Cheesy Taco: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Makes 6 (2 taco) servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick seasoning mix. 1 lb. ground meat. 3/4 cup milk. 12 taco shells or flour tortillas (6-inch). Assorted Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes or shredded cheese. Directions: 1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. 2. Stir in seasoning mix and milk. 3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm taco shells. Serve with desired toppings. Must be cooked for food safety. Kitchen tips: Easy Cheesy Taco Dip: Prepare taco meat as directed above. Spread 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Softened cream cheese, in shallow microwave-safe dish. Top with meat mixture. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 3 cups.
