Pancakes: 1. Lightly grease and preheat griddle or frying pan to 375 degree (medium heat). 2. Place water in a bowl; add mix. Using a wire whisk, stir until blended (batter will be slightly lumpy). For thicker pancakes, decrease water to 2/3 cup for each cup of mix used and allow batter to thicken for 5 minutes. 3. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each 5-inch pancake onto preheated griddle or pan. 4. Cook until small bubbles cover entire surface or 1-1 1/4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Turn only once. Serve hot with your favorite pancake topping. 5-Inch Pancakes: 5-6; Mix*: 1 cup; Cold Water: 3/4 cup. 5-Inch Pancakes: 10-12; Mix*: 2 cups; Cold Water: 1-1/2 cups. 5-Inch Pancakes: 15-18; Mix*: 3 cups; Cold Water: 2-1/4 cups. 5-Inch Pancakes: 20-24; Mix*: 4 cups; Cold Water: 3 cups. *For a hearty, textured pancake, add 1/4 cup Snoqualmie Falls Lodge Oatmeal per 1 cup mix and prepare as directed. *Fluff mix with a fork before measuring. Do not pack. Waffles: 1. Preheat waffle iron. 2. Place water and oil in a bowl; add mix. Using a wire whisk, stir until blended. Allow batter to thicken for 5 minutes. 3. Pour 1 cup batter (1/4 cup for each 4-inch grid) onto preheated waffle iron. 4. Cook waffles following manufacturer's direction or until steaming stops.
