Directions
Stove Top: (1) Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet and 1-3/4 cups water in a medium saucepan. Stir well. (2) Bring to a full boil, reduce heat (medium-low to medium) and simmer covered 10-12 minutes until most water is absorbed. (3) Remove from heat. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. To Prepare 2 Boxes: Use 2-3/4 cups of water and follow stove-top cooking directions. Microwave (Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Adjust cooking time as needed): (1) Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet and 1-3/4 cups water in a microwave-safe glass dish. Stir well. (2) Cover tightly with microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap and microwave on high for 12-15 minutes until liquid is absorbed. (3) Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. To retain vitamins. Do not rinse before cooking or drain after cooking.
