Oxtail Cooking Directions: 1. Shake bottle well and pour 2/3 of the grace oxtail marinade over 1 kg / 2 lbs of oxtail pieces. Rub marinade into meat and let sit for 1 hour. 2. In a saucepan, add 2 tbsp of oil and heat. To the heated oil, add oxtail pieces and brown evenly. 3. Add 4 to 6 cups of water to meat and cook in a covered pot on low flame for approx. 3 hours, until meat is tender. (Method Note: Pressure cooker, will reduce cooking time to less than half & no need to add water). 4. Add the remaining marinade and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
