Oven: 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) 22-24 min. Flip halfway. Toaster Oven: 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) 22 min. Flip halfway. Air Fryer (1700 W): 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) 14-16 min. Arrange in a single layer in the basket. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). Cook from frozen. Keep frozen until used - do not refreeze if thawed.
