Feeding Instructions: When switching to Cat Café cat food from another cat food, allow 7 to 10 days for the transition. Mix increasing amounts Cat Café cat food with decreasing amounts of your cat's previous food until you are feeding only Cat Café cat food. Weaning: Kittens generally start eating dry food at 3 to 4 weeks of age. Keep Cat Café cat food moistened at all times. After weaning, kittens will eat dry0rmoistened food readily. Reproduction: Food consumption may vary throughout gestation and lactation. During gestation, feed the amount to maintain the weight of the pregnant female. During lactation. feed 2 to 4 times normal intake. Adult Daily Feeding Guid (Using a standard 8 ounce measuring cup): Weight of Cat: 3.5 lbs, Inactive Cats: 1/3 - 2/3 cup, Active Cats: 1/2 - 1 cup; Weight of Cat: 5 - 10 lbs, Inactive Cats: 2/3 - 3/4 cup, Active Cats: 1 - 1-1/2 cups; Weight of Cat: 10 -15 lbs, Inactive Cats: 3/4 - 1-1/4 cups, Active Cats: 1-1/2 - 1-3/4 cups; Weight of Cat: 15 -20 lbs, Inactive Cats: 1-1/4 - 1-1/2 cups, Active Cats: 1-3/4 - 2 cups.
