This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. To Fry: Fry bacon at 340 degrees for approximately 3 minutes per side. Drain thoroughly, on absorbent paper. To Broil: Arrange bacon slices on cold broiler rack. Place in pre-heated broiler 4 inches from heat source. Broil 3 to 4 minutes total time, turning once. Drain on absorbent paper and serve. To Microwave: Place sliced bacon between paper towels in a baking dish. Cook on high power, 2 slices: 1-1/2 minutes, 4 slices: 2-1/2 - 3 minutes, 6 slices: 3-1/2 - 4 minutes. (Note: Heating times may vary according to individual microwave oven. Refer to your operating manual). Keep refrigerated.
