1. Bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil. 2. Whisk in soup mix. Bring back to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Be careful not to over boil. Soup may thicken when refrigerated. When reheating, add water if desired.
