Directions

Keep frozen. Do not thaw. (Soft, thawed paratha may stick to plastic film). Heat griddle to medium heat. Lightly oil griddle to prevent sticking. Peel one side of the plastic layering from the paratha and place the uncovered side on a preheated pan. Now, remove the second piece of plastic layering. Cook on pan for 1 minute and turn paratha over. Heat for another 40 seconds and apply 1 or 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Immediately turn paratha over after applying oil. Cook for another 40 seconds. Turn paratha over as necessary until both sides are golden-brown.
