Cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or to desired crispness, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels. Microwave: Place bacon in single layer on microwaveable paper towels on microwaveable plate. Cover with additional paper towel. Microwave on high to desired crispness. 2 Slices: 1-1/2 to 2 min. 4 slices: 2-1/2 to 3 min. (caution: plate may be hot.). Oven: Place bacon in single layer in shallow pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 to 12 min. or to desired crispness. (no turning is necessary.) Drain on paper towels. Tip: Slide rubber spatula between uncooked bacon slices to easily separate them without tearing. Appliances vary; heating times are approximate. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
